Boozy Brunch at The Fenwick Hotel – Ticket Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending Boozy Brunch at The Fenwick Hotel, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase & Entry
All tickets must be purchased in advance unless otherwise stated.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by The Fenwick Hotel.
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket and appropriate identification.
This event is strictly 18+. You may be asked to provide a valid photo ID upon arrival. Entry will be refused without valid ID and no refund will be issued.
2. Arrival & Event Timing
Guests are encouraged to arrive on time. Entry opens at 1:00 PM, with the event running until 5:00 PM.
Late arrivals may miss parts of the event; refunds or partial credits will not be issued for late entry.
3. Food & Drink
A complimentary arrival drink and brunch meal are included in the ticket price.
Additional drinks and food may be available to purchase on-site.
We can cater to dietary requirements if notified at least 5 days prior to the event. Please contact us directly with your needs.
4. Responsible Drinking & Behaviour
This is a licensed event and all guests are expected to drink responsibly.
The Fenwick Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any guest who is intoxicated, aggressive, or behaving inappropriately.
Guests who are removed for misconduct will not be entitled to a refund.
5. Entertainment & Activities
The event will feature live entertainment, games, and surprise performances.
Entertainment is subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances, without refund or compensation.
6. Photography & Social Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. These may be used for marketing purposes by The Fenwick Hotel.
If you do not wish to appear in any promotional materials, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.
7. Cancellations & Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation by The Fenwick Hotel (e.g., due to illness, venue issues, or force majeure), guests will be entitled to a full refund or offered an alternative date.
The hotel is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
8. Accessibility
Please notify us in advance if you require any assistance or have accessibility needs. We will do our best to accommodate all guests.
9. Personal Belongings
The Fenwick Hotel accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the event.
